Masa Shivaratri
Masa Shivaratri is a sacred day observed every month on the Krishna Paksha Chaturdashi (14th day of the waning moon), dedicated to the worship of Lord Shiva. In 2025, the special Masa Shivaratri in Karthika Masam falls on November 18 (Tuesday). This day is considered highly auspicious as Karthika Masam itself is beloved by Lord Shiva.
On this day, devotees perform Ekadasha Rudrabhishekam and participate in the Laksha Deepotsava Puja to seek the combined blessings of Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu (Shivakeshava).
